Our client wanted a Western theme for this room so he could display his pictures and mementos. This room serves as his office eight hours a day as well as the family entertainment room. With a northern exposure meaning minimal daylight, we chose a warm colour palette of soft yellow and salmon for walls, carpeting and sofa fabric. (Detail 01)
____Storage space in this home office was at a premium, so we built bookshelves into the recesses of the irregular shaped wall. A sofa bed for overnight guests turned this "dual personality" space into a multi-function room. (Detail 02)
____A custom-built office/entertainment unit addressed all our client's requirements in terms of functionality. At the end of the day, the office closes up and the family enjoys watching TV. This piece is not a built-in so that it can be moved to another residence, if necessary. (Detail 03)
